[PDF] Tư duy là tồn tại - Edward de Bono

Phương thức tư duy “Sáu chiếc mũ” – 6c – được xem là sự thay đổi quan trọng nhất về mặt nhận thức của con người trong vòng 2 – 3 thế kỷ gần đây. Điều này tưởng chừng khó tin nhưng những minh chứng đưa ra lại đầy sức thuyết phục. Qua 14 năm, kể từ khi cuốn sách được xuất bản lần đầu tiên, số lượng người tìm đọc và làm theo ngày càng tăng.

Tư duy là tồn tại

Dưới đây là một số dẫn chứng cụ thể:
Đội dự án đa quốc gia của tập đoàn hàng đầu (ABB) từng mất 30 ngày hội họp để đưa ra một quyết định, sau khi họ áp dụng lối tư duy đồng thuận, thời gian rút xuống chỉ còn hai ngày. Một nghiên cứu viên làm việc tại phòng thí nghiệm hàng đầu của tập đoàn IBM đã nói với tôi rằng phương thức tư duy 6C đã rút ngắn được ¾ thời gian của những buổi thảo luận. Một tập đoàn khác, tập đoàn Statoil của Na Uy gặp phải vấn đề về một thiết bị khoan dầu, tốn tới vài trăm nghìn đô la mỗi ngày. Khi Jens Arup, một chuyên viên về phương thức tư duy 6C, giới thiệu với họ phương thức tư duy, vấn đề được giải quyết chỉ trong 12 phút và khoản chỉ một trăm nghìn đô la mỗi ngày giảm xuống bằng 0!

Cũng có những minh chứng tương tự trong ngành toà án.
Một ban bồi thẩm áp dụng phương thức tư duy 6C, họ chỉ mất 15 phút để đưa ra một quyết định, trong khi đó, với lối tư duy thông thường, đồng nghiệp của họ đã phải mất 3 giờ đồng hồ. Người ta đã tiến hành một cuộc trắc nghiệm nhỏ đối với ba công chức cao cấp, áp dụng phương thức tư duy 6C, tốc độ tư duy của họ tăng 493%!

Keith Harding was born in London and educated at St Albans School, and at King's College Cambridge. He completed a Ph.D. in History at the University of Sussex in 1983, before beginning his career in EFL.
